FittyBitty kicking my a##

I changed my FITBIT food goal plan to “Medium” intensity. I was going for “Hard”, but guess what. It was too hard.
Because I am rather sedentary in my office job, it was only allowing me 700 calories each day to make my goal, do I have stretched my goal out a bit. I kept trying to live on that and failing daily, so I need to work up to that, not start there.
