30 Day in folks, and feeling fine!
As I reflect over the last 30 days, I realize I have changed and grown into this “diet” a lot. I have now started thinking of it as a ‘way of eating’, no longer a diet.
Gosh, it feels soooo good not to be hungry all the time. I actually go long stretches without eating now and when I do eat, it fills me up quick.
This diet is anything but easy in the beginning, but it’s getting so much better now!
