Current Therapy since 10/06/2017

Nutrition:

  • Ketogenic Diet (The best thing that ever happened to me)
  • Bulletproof Coffee (to improve brain function)
  • Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) 1 TBLS daily in a 4 oz glass of cold water
  • Sauerkraut – I eat a small portion daily as a snack

Prescriptions:

  • Savella (I take a very low dose of this, as it makes me very nauseous. 75 mg per day. My doctor says that is below therapeutic level, but it’s enough to help me with brain fog)
  • Hydrocodone (One-half of a 7.5 each morning. Arthritis leaves me in pain each morning when I wake)
  • Trazodone (Because it helps me sleep)
  • Ambien (Currently down to 1/4 of their lowest dose)

OTC Supplements:

  • Magnesium-L-Threonate (For improved brain function)
  • Magnesium citrate (for muscle pain)
  • Potassium (For Electrolytes)
  • Sodium (For Electrolytes)
  • Vitamin D3 (Because I am ALWAYS vitamin D deficient when tested)
  • Super Complex B
  • Tumeric
  • MSM (sulfer)

Exercise:

I work out each day. I am currently training to walk a marathon in February
