Who is doing all the talking here?

Hi, my name is Jo.

😉

I quit smoking on May 21st, 2012!

That’s how this blog got started. An accountability diary for the world to see. The world currently consists of three or four sometimes readers, lol.

I have enlarged the scope of my writing to include a lot of other things going on in my life too. Diet, debt reduction, and other things that pop up. Mostly though, getting healthy and staying that way.

I try to categorize things so that if you are not interested in a topic you can just skip over it to those that you are interested in by picking that category!

I have issues, (don’t we all) which include Degenerative Joint Disease (3 hip surgeries and 2 THR’s along with the removal of the AC joint in my right shoulder), Migraines and Fibromyalgia. You will see a ton of posts directed at finding ways to make those things more tolerable or mitigate them all together. I simply will not go gentle….

My more wonderful issues in my life include a loving partner and the best son a mom could ask for!

You may hear more about all of the above, both good and bad, as I continue on this journey.

Read quietly to yourself, or comment as you see fit. If you get rude or crude in a way that does not amuse me, I will probably trash your comments. So, play nice!

Jo

  1. HI, Jo! Thanks for stopping by my blog and liking something. I am enjoying my visit to your little corner of the blogosphere. Congrats on conquering the dragon demon of smoking! I lost my father to lung cancer way too early. Continued success!

    1. Thank you Tony! I really like that subjects you are blogging about! I’m sorry about your father. I assume he smoked too? I am hoping that I quit in time to safe myself from that fate.
      Hugs,
      Jorc
