Staying in the right mindset, I was reading a fitness magazine this morning and came across this. Yeah, I know, too much of a good thing is not a good thing, or so they say.
However, in a world where Ramen Noodles, Hostess Cakes and Pepsi are often a shopping cart staples, I think more of us could aspire to this problem.

I think orthorexia is just as damaging as bulimia and anorexia. Life is all about balance and all fitness people will have at least one cheat meal a week. Healthy eating is good for your body to a certain extent but junk food is good for your soul. That balance is so important.
Hi, I am on a very strict diet now. The thoughtof cheating is just not worth it to me. But, this diet is a lot tougher on you if you do cheat.
